Case Study

Old Ryde House
Full Measured Survey

What was required?

Old Ryde House formally Ryde Lodge was the third of a series of villas built on Richmond Road, designed by London Architect Leonard Wild Lloyd during the 1830’s. Today, only Old Ryde House remains whilst the other sites were demolished for the development of shops.

We were approached by award winning interior designers to conduct a full measured building survey on the Grade II listed property including a set of scale plans, sections and elevation drawings.

The extensive building plans allowed the design and submission of a new planning application and a full interior refinish to the existing commercial property.
